CCARC - UMARA Partnership

During April 2002 the Capitol College Amateur Radio Club (C.C.A.R.C.) and the University of Maryland Amateur Radio Assocaition (U.M.A.R.C.) agreed to share their resourses in order to enhance both clubs. This includes tenative privileges for active licenced members on UMARA's 145.490 (-600) repeater, W3EAX. More details to come.
